Day 1: Depart USA
Your trip begins with an overnight transatlantic flight to Dublin.
(Your airfare is not included in the tour price) Relax and enjoy the
in-flight meal service and onboard entertainment.
Day 2: Arrival Dublin
Upon arrival at Dublin airport, collect your luggage and proceed to
the arrivals hall. A representative will be there to meet you and arrange
a transfer to your first hotel (transfer cost not included). In the
afternoon we take a sightseeing tour of Dublin. We visit Trinity College,
home to the Book of Kells and one of Ireland’s finest collections of early
manuscripts and printed books. We also visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral,
founded in 1190, and see Christchurch Cathedral, O’Connell Street and the
Bank of Ireland, formerly the Irish House of Parliament. Tonight enjoy the
city on your own or opt for an evening at the Abbey Tavern offered by your
Tour Director.

Day 3: Dublin/Blarney/Killarney
Today, we drive south to Killarney one of Ireland’s most well known
spots. ENroute we pass the Mighty Rock of Cashel, ancient seat of the High
Kings of Munster. On then to the village of Blarney where you’ll have the
opportunity to kiss the Blarney Stone and get the gift of the gab! Also
enjoy shopping at the Blarney Woolen Mills for all your Irish treasures.
We arrive in Killarney in the late afternoon in time for dinner and
overnight.

Day 4: Killarney (Ring of Kerry excursion)
An exciting day of travel is ahead, as we experience one of the most
scenic drives in all of Europe around the famous Ring of Kerry. We head
along the coastline of the Iveragh Peninsula through the towns of
Glenbeigh, Cahirciveen, Waterville and Sneem and complete the tour via the
“Ladies View” back to Killarney. This is Ireland as you have always
imagined it! Later, enjoy an optional Jaunting Cart Ride offered by your
Tour Director. Dinner is at your hotel this evening.

Day 5: Cliffs of Moher / Bunratty
We depart Killarney and our first destination is the mighty Cliffs of
Moher. Absolutely spectacular views of the Atlantic and Galway Bay await
you! Rising 700 feet up from the Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs stretch for 5
miles along the coastline. In the afternoon, you are free to enjoy the
village and perhaps visit the Bunratty Folk Park which depicts life in
Ireland in time’s past. This evening we gather together to toast our last
night in Ireland with an Irish Coffee. Afterwards why not attend an
optional Medieval Banquet.

Day 6: Shannon/USA
After breakfast, we depart for Shannon Airport, arriving at
approximately 10.00 am. If you wish to end your tour in Dublin, we’ll
travel across country reaching Dublin airport at about 3.00 pm and the
city center at 4.00 pm. You may choose to extend your vacation in Dublin
or London. (B)

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be advised in writing, (mail, fax, email) to BMIT
prior to departure during normal business hours (9.00 am to 5.30 pm EST,
Monday to Friday). Cancellations are subject to the following penalties on
the land portion:
65 or more days $200*
31–65 days 50% of tour cost
15–30 days 75% of tour cost
Less than 15 days 100% of tour cost
* Plus charges of third parties, including airline cancellation charges if
applicable.
Airlines and airfares vary in cancellation penalties and BMIT will impose
those restrictions and penalties as outlined in the fare rules of the
airline ticket booked or purchased.
Tour Cancellations:
Tour departures are not guaranteed. If it becomes necessary to cancel a
coach tour prior to departure, we will offer the next available date at no
additional land cost. If this is not acceptable, a full refund on all
monies paid will be made. We cannot accept responsibility for any
additional costs or fees relating to such a tour booking. If you purchase
a non-refundable airline ticket, you are advised by these terms and
conditions that we are not responsible for any cancellation penalties due
to non-refundable airfares.
Hotel Accommodation:
Hotel accommodation will be supplied as described. On certain departures,
due to seasonal demands, we reserve the right to alter itineraries and
substitute hotels for similar type accommodations |
